Stress-free Dressage - Intro A, Prelim 14 & HF Test 2023

PLEASE NOTE A £3 BOOKING FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BASKET EVERY TIME YOU CHECKOUT.  Add all your entries to your basket and make one payment.

Late entries will be at organisers discretion and subject to available space.  A £2 late entry fee will apply.  Payment for late entries to made in Cash before commencement of your test.  Please contact our Event Secretary - Sarah 07976 405741 with any late entry enquiry.  

Check out our new Holme Farm Walk Trot Test 2023 for Tiny Tots (8 yrs. & Under) - age as at 1st January 2023. 

BD tests are:

- Intro A (2008)

- Prelim 14 2006 (Revised 2016)

Owing to parking restrictions you can do your test(s) either in the morning or afternoon.  Simply book your test(s) in Class 1 - morning session (10:00 to 12:00) or Class 2 - afternoon session (13:00 to 1500) and tell us in the NOTE box which test you are doing (Intro A, Prelim 2 or HF 2023).  If you wish to enter more than one test you will need to book two spaces in Class 1 or Class 2.  We suggest when booking more than one test you put the riders name in full for one entry and just first name for second one (the system doesn't seem to accept two entries in same class with same rider/horse name!)

When booking please remember to tell us in the NOTES box:

  • Which test you are entering – Intro, Prelim or HF Test.
  • If your travelling with another rider

This will help us manage parking arrangements, and test times.  Once you have completed your test we ask that you load and go to enable later competitors space to park.

Times will be emailed to competitors Friday 14th April after 6 p.m. 

Results will be available at the end of the day. We can post test sheets and rosettes IF you leave either a C4 or C5 self-addressed and stamped (large letter rate) class) envelope.  Alternatively you can collect them from us later in the week.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

To cancel please message Sarah our Show Secretary on 07976 405741 with Test, name of person who booked, the rider and horse.   We will refund your Entry Fee (*excludes booking fee) by way of credit to your Ecpro account and in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund policy.  Refunds via BACS can be arranged on request within 5 days of the cancellation but will incur an £2.50 admin fee.  Please provide competitor details as above, and full name of bank account holder, sort code and account number.  

·          Full refund* will be made for cancellations before the close of entries, or if the organisers cancel the event.

·          An admin fee (£2.50 per competitor) will apply for cancellations after the closing date and before day of event.

·          NO REFUNDS for cancellations or No Shows on the day of the Event.
